About Empowerment Initiative Group
Empowerment Initiative Group was founded by a group of men who shared a common connection — attending the same high school in different eras — and a shared appreciation for the lasting impact of a dedicated coach who invested countless hours mentoring young athletes both on and off the court. His example of selfless leadership, discipline, and personal commitment left a legacy that extended far beyond athletics.
Inspired by that model of mentorship, we recognized a growing need for consistent guidance, accountability, and positive leadership development among today’s youth. We believe that when a need is clearly visible within a community, it becomes a responsibility to respond with purpose and action.
Empowerment Initiative Group exists to give back and to pay forward the investment that was once made in us.
